
Vinyasa Flow coordinates breath with movement as one posture leads into the next. The class begins with grounding and centering and a thorough warm-up period, before flowing through the basic postures. A few challenge postures are included along the way, but options are provided to make the posture more accessible, or to take an alternative posture. We wind down with a soothing cool-down period and a peaceful, guided meditation leading into Savasana.

Tuesday & Thursday morning Slow Flow, 9:00-10:00am (similar to above but at a slower pace, winding down to Restorative poses prior to Savasana. A soothing and mindful practice.)
