This gentle practice takes a slower, mindful pace with the majority of the postures practiced from reclined, seated, or kneeling positions. Some standing postures are included with an emphasis on awareness of the breath and body. Modifications are always offered as we honor how we are feeling. We typically begin the practice with meditative breath work or a mindfulness meditation and a body scan and end the practice with a guided meditation.
