Join us for a transformative Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga session designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. This workshop gives you the tools to discharge stress, clear out stagnant energy, and prepare your mind and body for new beginnings!
Blending the gentle practice of restorative yoga with the soothing vibrations of sound healing, you’ll be guided through a series of fully supported, long held restorative yoga poses to encourage a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
The combination of mindful postures, crystal singing bowls, and therapeutic sounds will release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote a sense of peace and well-being. This event will leave you feeling deeply restored, revitalized, and aligned with the energy of spring.
