
Somatic yoga guides us to reconnect with our bodies on a deeper level. It allows us to tune-in to subtle signals that our bodies send and begin to understand how stress is held within us as we learn how to release it.
This practice will use tools like intuitive mindful movement, body-mapping, present moment awareness, gentle stretches, and breath work to connect with our body and facilitate a deep release while in yoga postures.
