From the comfort of your own space, this all levels Gentle Slow Flow coordinates breath with movement as one posture leads into the next at a slower pace. The class begins with grounding, centering and a warm-up period, before flowing through a curated, intentional, gentle practice. We wind down with a peaceful, guided meditation leading into Savasana.
